When IES receives the information we will email a Return Authorization to you immediately. The RA includes an IES tracking number and other information. Please place a copy of the RA with your instrument when you ship it to IES.

This allows us to offer special packaging materials to you, if needed, and at no cost. Whether you call or email, we will respond by faxing or emailing a Return Authorization to you.
